In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the md303 website accessible at https://md303.cam and all associated services, tools, and features.
• "Member" or "You" means any individual who has registered an account on the md303 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered profile created by a Member to access the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry placed by a Member using funds from their Account Balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Member's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age-verification process required by md303 prior to the processing of withdrawals and the activation of certain account features.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to the Platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable local or international law.
• "Force Majeure" means any event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of md303, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, and third-party payment system outages.

To register and maintain an active Account on md303, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or claiming bonuses on the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds belonging to, any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of md303, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously had an Account on md303 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the md303 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a contact number. md303 relies on this information for identity verification, account security, and payment processing. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. md303 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify md303 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3.3 Account Closure

md303 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected, where required by law or regulatory instruction, or where the Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

md303 is required to verify the identity and age of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests and as a condition of continued account activity. The KYC process is designed to protect Members and to comply with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism-financing (CTF) standards.

4.1 Required Documents

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• A clear photograph or scanned copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP);
• Proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence) dated within the last three months and showing your full name and address;
• A selfie photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (such as a bank account statement or screenshot showing your name on the account).

4.2 Processing Time

md303 endeavours to process all KYC submissions within 1–24 hours of receipt during normal business hours (WIB). You will be notified by email once your verification is complete. md303 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is unclear, incomplete, or raises concerns.

4.3 Consequences of Non-Verification

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. md303 reserves the right to suspend Account activity, including deposits and wagering, pending satisfactory completion of KYC where required by platform policy or applicable standards.

md303 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit amounts per transaction and per day may be set at the Platform's discretion and communicated within the Cashier section of your Account.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet channels are typically credited to your Account Balance in real time. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the time of day. md303 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider.

5.3 Permitted Funds

All deposits must originate from payment accounts that are legally registered in your own name. md303 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, credit facilities, borrowed funds, or any source obtained through illegal means. Deposits from unverified third-party payment sources will be returned and may result in Account suspension.

5.4 md303 Deposit Fees

md303 does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the Cashier section of your Account. md303 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, subject to method availability.

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits are displayed within the Cashier section and may vary depending on your Account verification status and VIP tier.

6.2 Processing Time

md303 targets a processing time of 5–15 minutes for the majority of withdrawal requests submitted during peak WIB operating hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours or during periods of high volume may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended where additional security or KYC checks are required.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Where a deposit bonus has been accepted, the associated wagering requirement must be fulfilled in full before the Balance attributable to that bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal;
• md303 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected;
• Withdrawals cannot be processed to a payment account that is not registered in the Member's verified legal name.

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

md303 does not charge a processing fee on withdrawals. Fees imposed by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside our control and are the Member's responsibility.

md303 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is governed by the specific terms published alongside that promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Where no specific terms are stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotion will specify its eligibility criteria. Generally, Bonus Funds may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device. md303 reserves the right to withhold or reverse Bonus Funds where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or manipulation of promotional mechanics.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unused Bonus Funds that have not been activated or wagered within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account Balance automatically.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

md303 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. This will not affect bonuses already credited and actively in use by Members at the time the modification takes effect.

All Wagers placed on md303 are subject to the specific game rules published within the Platform for each game type, as well as the general betting rules set out in this clause.

8.1 Finality of Wagers

Once a Wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Member. It is the Member's responsibility to verify all selections, stakes, and bet details before confirming a Wager.

8.2 Void Bets

md303 reserves the right to void any Wager where: a technical error affected the odds or game outcome; the event underlying the Wager was abandoned or declared void by the governing body; or it is determined that the bet was placed using exploited system vulnerabilities. Voided Wager stakes are returned to the Member's Account Balance in full.

8.3 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum single-event and aggregate payout limits apply across all game categories. These limits are displayed within the individual game interfaces and within the Cashier section. md303 reserves the right to reduce payout limits for specific events or Members without prior notice where risk management considerations require it.

8.4 Suspicious Activity

md303 monitors all wagering activity for patterns consistent with fraud, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or the exploitation of technical errors. Accounts found to be engaged in any such activity will be suspended immediately and all associated winnings will be forfeited pending investigation.

md303 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of self-protection tools that Members may activate at any time through their Account settings panel.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss amount within a specified timeframe. Once reached, access to further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration. A reality-check pop-up will appear at configurable intervals during active sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (7–30 days) or permanent (minimum 5 years, irrevocable within that period) exclusion from the Platform.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the md303 Platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Bonus Funds, and may result in the withholding of Balance pending investigation:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to deposit funds;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers without manual human input;
• Colluding with other Members, or with Platform employees, to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome promotions multiple times;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward Platform staff or other Members.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, md303 shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause and whether or not md303 has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Losses arising from interruptions, errors, or delays in the operation of the Platform caused by Force Majeure events;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Any errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or payout calculations caused by genuine technical malfunction, provided that md303 takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly upon discovery.

md303's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount of the Member's Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

All content on the md303 Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, graphic design elements, software, game interfaces, text, and multimedia content — is the proprietary intellectual property of md303 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of md303.

md303 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the md303 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

md303 does not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with unauthorized third parties. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, identity verification, regulatory compliance, or fraud prevention, and only with vetted service providers operating under appropriate data-protection obligations.

md303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email notification to the address on record and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate implementation is required by law or to address a security threat.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange the withdrawal of your remaining Balance.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which md303 holds its international operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising between md303 and a Member in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through md303's internal dispute resolution process, which may be initiated by contacting [email protected] with a full written description of the dispute.

Where internal resolution is not achieved within 30 calendar days of the dispute being formally raised, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits a Member's statutory rights under the laws of their home jurisdiction.
